Yep, Both. In fact, IIRC on the Spybot homepage they advise that you use Ad-Aware too.

As for the sacrifice e-mail, i do that too. It means that all the spam that i get (~30 e-mails a day) goes there, wheras the only "Spam" i get to my main addy are offers from Amazon.co.uk (which i use regularly enyway) and things like that.


EDIT- I also use Spyware Blaster (from wilders security http://www.wilders.org/) which kind of immunises your system against any spyware.
 
Seems I had a hijacker on my system. Anyway, in killing this pesky little fucker, a CWS file, I came across a site-

http://www.pestpatrol.com

Which has a free download (phony email and Id required) as well as a free evaluation copy.

From there it was easy to find the a killer for the file on the net. Might want to check this out if you are having pc problems.
