Speech, Doctor... what can you do with it?

i always take the same tags (being small guns, barter and energy guns) but there are some skills i never use like speech and doctor. I would like to know what one can do with those skills. If anyone knows anything about it please tell me.

I don't know, talk and do medical stuff? Are you looking for a list? Which game? And should this be in the gameplay forum?

Talk to a hot chick using the speech skill.

Proceed using your doctor skill on her afterwards.

Fore pl.. err, i mean, First Aid comes in handy too.

speech was useful in fallout 1&2 for speaking to ppl for quests. In tactics it basically affects quartermaster prices etc...

doctor is like first aid but does crippled limbs and stuff too and heals more
