SPOILER THREAD! Where to find guns?

Okay, basically I'm looking for the locations of most guns, early on in the game. The first place I found a pistol for example, was in the Rat Tunnels on the body of a Trapper. Now, can you people please help me creating a list of the places where you can find the different kinds of guns in the game? I want to know the earliest places where the guns are. Okay, here goes nothing:

Pistol: Rat cave, dead trapper.

I'm assuming that you're talking about Fallout 2 here.

I believe Per's Fallout 2 Walkthrough tells you what can be found where. Plus, it'll tell you just about everything else you wanted to know about the game outside of the Fallout Bible.

Here's a few:

• Pipe rifle: Vic's place
  
  SMG: Tubby's in the den (I love the appearence of the out of business sign after killing him )
  
  Shotgun: Steal one from Metzger the bald slaver, the mayor of Modoc, or the owner of the local butch house in Modoc.
  
  Hunting rifle: Some dude with a funny accent in the den.

I get a Gauss Rifle early in NCR, I plant a bomb in a cop there and run for another place, make that for some time and will appear that he is dead, go and get his Gauss Rifle for you!

Not all cops have gauss rifles, do they? Only the sherrif and the deputy, as far as I can remember.

Laser pistols: at Salvadoers Bar in new Reno (have to kill the owners though come on you kan do it )

hunting rifle : locker in sherifs office in redding

Combat shotgun : amenities office vault city (need flase pappers from customs)

Doesn't the amenties guy check your papers? I had to be a real citizen to barter with the guy.
