Strange occasions...

Okey, while ago i was playing with my character, who has luck 9. I had found all the special encounters(Bridge, whale, tinman, spammer etc. etc.)

But then, when i was wandering in the desert, all of the sudden i see the cool special encounter sign. That's strange, I thought, because this ain't the first time i'm playing F2(5th time, to be exact ;)

There i was, looking those corpses all over the place and a dog standing in the center of the map.
Now, i had heard of the Pariah dog before, but i've never had chance seeing it before.
And i thought this special encounter comes to only players with bad luck?!?
I don't think 9 isn't that bad...
 
you misunderstood him

well, I think it should come to the characters with BAD luck in the PATCHED version. If you understand me(heh heh)
 
Not exactly

You can get any special encounter any time, but you have a higher chance of getting bad encounters with bad luck and vice versa.
