Stubbs The Zombie

Far too short. Not to mention that just like Halo, repetitive and empty environments get extremely tiresome (what, I get to walk down another featureless gray corridor? Joy...). I also felt that they could have done much better with the zombie hoard you create during each level.

However, the humor is there (though the zombie dance contest certainly came from left field). Some very nice lines delivered during the course of the game, and nice touches such as how the military conclude that Stubbs is a communist. I would really like to get a copy of the Barbershop Quartet death song.

Anyway, good for a rental.

Because the Europeans are Teh Evel and didn't help in destro... liberating Iraq LOL!

But seriously, why is every fucking game so short these days. I'd like for someone to just once say that a game provided enough hours of fun to warrant the ridiculous prices.

Most BioWare games are quite long. It seems questionable writing and linear quests result in exponentially longer game duration.

Yes, but that's different.

Most games are too short because the designers were not particularily creative and reached a point at which they couldn't think of anything new and just added an abrupt ending.

BioWare games are long because the designers were not particularily creative and couldn't be bothered to come up with anything new to begin with, so they just kept going on and on.

Its not at all unlike making a five story building out of legos then adding five more identical floors only, because you have extra legos to build with.

Exactly. It's longer than some of the other games, but that alone doesn't make it better.
