Stuck in Quincy

i am stuck in Quincy i didn't talk to the person in the beginning and went to free the mayor but when i need the key to disable the alarm the mayor didn't talk to me and i couldn't get the key. but when i went back to talk to the girl but it wont let me go on it doesnt update the objectives pls help

'Can't go on!' in fallout tactics, you know I get that feeling too.

If you've only got as far as rescuing the Mayor then you might as well restart the mission.

You need to kill the guard in the room next to the Mayor before she'll speak to you and give you the key. The objective is given automatically at the begining of the mission and has nothing to do with talking to Arlene.

Load an earlier savegame.

Then something has been corrupted.

If all else fails pick her pocket.

and for god's sake

Save in 20+ diferent save slot. "Starting each mission", then about 5-7 overwritable saves inside one mission.

theres' no way to know when FT will corrupt your save, so different save give you options.
