Doesn't need one unless you need to take him to court to sue for either compensation or for your content and coding work. Look in the TOS of the hosting for anything covering stolen material and copyrighted material. As you folks are the authors of material there, you retain the copyright to that material, and you can effectively give them a "pirating" claim about it, since that is what Glowbewohner is effectively doing. If he's going to try and make a profit from the domain, on your work, you are now owed compensation for it because he is trying to profit from your work.
