Allright, folks. The contest for the official NMA T-Shirt design is open!

Submit JPEG files or ideas, hosted in a reliable online site, ImageShack, then post them in this thread using the tags.

This is a serious contest, so don't bother posting disgusting (fat naked men, for instance) or stupid pictures having nothing to do with Fallout/Post Apoc' setting, or your post will be vatted, (accordingly to the nature of your post), and your avatar changed into something horrible.

If *anyone* tries posting any goatse/lemonparty/tubgirl pictures, I'll ban you [i]myself[/i], permanently.

Follow the rules, and get to work hard, as I'll be taking part in it, obviously.

What can you win? I mean - every contets needs to have a prize, eh?

Sale royalties? A money prize? A hot night with teh Roshambo?

actually the only reason i havent replied yet is cause my compy was on the fritz for the past week and a half.

ill start sketchin. itll be COOOOOOOOOOOL. or really dumb. i havent even started drawing it yet....sheesh.
 
those pics are pretty humongous...possibly consider a resize before posting? still good ideas tho, even if i dont get the glittering gem of hatred is it?

seems pretty cool tho.

I had a full sized version of this somewhere, and I'm not really sure how much it pertains to Fallout, but I think it works with the whole propaganda poster motif.
 
Hey Wooz, I actually WANTED to buy an NMA T-shirt so I decided to create one which I think would look good.

Thats the front design? I think modern thought on Tshirts is to have a subdued front with the larger picture being on the back. Maybe just a small NMA logo where a pocket would be, than stick that on the back. Like it, goes with the site theme, so it can't go wrong, per say.
 
Err... most T-shirts with graphics have those graphics a bit more centered, in addition to what GreatAtlantic noted about design. Also, do you notice that your text is larger than the t-shirt is? That really doesn't make much sense.

It also would be nice to have some original art, though I doubt absolutely essential.
 
I'd like to see one which is 40-50ich, ala that "You suck" image. That would be a snazzy t-shirt.

I never thought I'd see the day that Odin would acknowledge my presence..

About the 40-50 inch.. resizing the original mutant to 50 inches would have a tremendous loss of quality which could only be countered by blurring or something else, but I'll try.

What about a shirt where the front shows a scene before the war and the back show's the same scene after. Buildings on the front and ruins on the back. The front can say "We were here before the Fall..." and the back can say "No Mutants Allowed".

Not 40-50inch but ich, ie 1940-1950 theme t-shirt. But I did like yours too, for obvious reasons :D
 
Hmm... I'm of the opinion less can be more, and that big Marcus pic looks a tady gaudy. Maybe just the "No Mutants Allowed", and a quote, like "we were here before the fall.", and keep the Marcus out front.

I'm just one interested party offering suggestions, though. So, don't feel like I'm a demanding perfectionist.

Or they could be the other way around.

They may be better with the "Fallout" graphic from the opening sequence. I don't know.

The third back image may need fading out a bit more around the legs as it looks a little empty. Or perhaps I should have included more of the horizon.

Perhaps a little advice - I like the designs so far, but perhaps try to keep the 'geek' factor to a minimum. As in: make a nice T-shirt, but don't make it *too* obvious it's from a computer game...
