The author of F1/2 savegame editor and "Too many items" bugfix is Freeman. vad is obviously Freeman's NMA account. There are all those files in utils section of the archive with Freeman as an author:

Titanium FRM Browser english version got missed after the site moved to CMS. I found this file in my archives and uploaded it:

Upd: found the problem. Updated F1/2se versions got swapped with the old ones. Now this problem is fixed.
