Teddy Bear's Picnic Mod

Sonny, I Watched the Vault Bein' Built!
Maybe we should replace the holy hand grenade quest with the Epic Teddy?
Anyway, since I kind of suck and have no idea on how to script stuff for shops etc... I have two options to make this mod work
1) Replace the Bazooka with the teddy bear gun (that way supermutties can shoot bears)
2) Make a completely new gun and drop in the elders tent somewhere in the first town which I cant spell.

Everyone knows that cats are extinct in the wasteland! So having kittens would go against the Fallout cannon and I'm sure the Teddy Bear guy at beth would be heart broken if he learnt that the mod he inspired was to go against canon.
