Here's what i know about the building. That is the "Ušće" business center of New Belgrade. Among the different organizations that had offices in it were several TV and radio stations. The big deal was that the main office of the Socialist Party of Serbia was in there too. As far as i know it was hit twice. The second time they managed to destroy the antenna that can be seen still standing in the photo.
