That dog!!!

When you enter the Cathedral and go over to the north of it, and look out from the windows, you can see a dog named a girls name but I dont remember it right now.

Is that dog a decoration or is it possible to go over to her and talk or even kill her or something?

Her name is Sasha. It says she is waiting paitently for her owner. As far as I know its either a joke or an easter egg. As in the Den in Fallout 2, when you talk to a certain addict he says:

'Sasha! Where are you girl?'
'Have you seen my dog?'

You cant interact with her in anyway though.

Oh yes you can. When you use a Scroll of Teleportation, you can easily reach her location. And when you give her a Potion of Intellect, you can have a very entertaining conversation with her about roastbeef and eggs and sausages. Teh funny! You can also have her as an npc, but only if you're magically inclined.
