The Awesome Foursome; Decision Of The Protagonisst

Yeah, I would like to have seen the powder gangers take on a more significant role that just the raiders that you can be friends with.

Indeed, plus they look real shabby. They had really small quests like trying to get rid of a bounty hunter who was literally a quarter of a mile away from NCRCF. And they just look boring like I said, they could've changed their attire if they wanted to avoid being captured by NCR; "Oh, he's got a Convict outfit on, let's go kill him cause he's plainly a powder ganger that escaped." I apologise for the dry humour but Powder gangers annoy me. They're only good to me for supplying dynamite when they die.. And good for a laugh when I sneak into their base and kill the leader and pop back out like nothing happened.

America fell but the values it was originally built on were admirable. If the NCR followed that and made sure history didn't repeat itself I suppose it could work.

In a way it makes me wish there could be a a way to get the Powder Gangers, the Fiends and the Jackal/Viper gangs united to send the Mojave spiralling into a lawless hellhole. I have no idea how they could defeat all - or any - of the other factions but it would be more a novelty ending then anything serious.

You guys didn't know about the secret fifth option for the battle of Hoover Dam? All you have to do is collect every camera and sensor module in the wastes and bring them to Hidden Valley so that the BoS can repair their giant robot. You then get to follow this giant robot for a good ten minutes while he destroys everyone in his way, then you get to talk to Lanius.

Huh, this isn't exactly well hidden. You'd think more people would have found it by now. There's no way I'm the only one.

I did that one actually, I can not believe there is no achievement associated with it.

If there's no achievement associated with it, it's pointless.
What good is it to beat the game in an awesome fashion if I can't show anyone online that I did?

the jackal and viper gangs (and the scorpion gangs) are just there to add more variety of who to kill. And I don't think you get an achievement for the followers either, though I can't imagine followers rushing in hoover dam and slaughtering NCR and Legion, they probably do something more practical. With no killing. As for BoS, they're just scavengers in this, but how they get a giant-ass robot is beyond me. I just think of liberty prime from F03. And no achievement doesn't do anything then, no point unless you're really bored with the game..

I know, it's ridiculous, I suppose it does allow a quiet pride but still......

The Legion seem evil and kinda lame to me. I don't like the NCR much, but the rangers are badass. Ultimately, I went with House based on him beign a genius and cool guy.

Don't you mean Law-wise? I sided with the NCR at first for one reason only- cause the vet. Rangers were cool. I've sided with the Legion, and their armour doesn't look bad, but they think they're the best and everyone has to be like them. I ain't sided with House but kept him alive on my second playthrough so I could sell the snow-globes. I killed him first time. I killed Benny first time and rescued him second time, cause 'he's a cool fink.' Yes man's just helpful and a cool cat.

I like House and I have softened up to the legion after my "Thugee" playthrough.

I still don't like the NCR (although their ideals are noble) and Independent is either the best or worst ending depending on how you played your character

Yeh, I'd go for a good independence. And House is quite the suave guy, he seemed coolish. I despised legion at first but then on my second time, I liked them, worked with them, killed them then saved Benny and completed the Wild Cards.
