It claims to explain the existence of Christian altars at Pompeii (eh....what Christian altars?), why there were Christian temples with Saints that carried the name of previous 'pagan' gods ('cause, y'know, we really couldn't explain that before), or why certain statues were suddenly rediscovered in the renaissance.
It also claims that Christianity was a cult founded in the 11th century, which would also have been when Jesus lived and that the Old Testament chronicled the 1000 years before that. Which would totally make sense, 'cause we're just throwing 1000 years of history out of the window.
