I bet they'll make a special encounter with a massive group of people hanging around in the vast nothingness of the post apocalyptic world and discussing Fallout related stuff (like the spammer encounter but much bigger and funnier).
There's anti-beth propaganda above their heads and they also say stuff like "HI, MY FALLOUT 2 IS NOT LOADING ON WIN XP" and "SULIK WAS T3H ORSOWM" and also "I'M GONNA VAT THIS THREAD".
If the player approaches the group starts talking to you. There's gonna be a massive group conversation and they sooner or later start calling you N00B and threaten you with banning you etc. (not if you have above 120% speech skill, in such a case you can become moderator, and with 150% even admin)
Someone might suggest, that the PC likes F
OS or that he's trolling what both results in heavy flaming (all characters start shooting at you with flamethrowers)
You, as the PC, kill them all, collect their guns and after you killed the last one you say:
"You're all banned..."
