The Fall - first impressions

in almanach is another location with Mike Ballins (landed/ crashed(?) space ship),
who can tell me about this place (how I can that place find)?

You get information about this location in New Safford, if you didn't took the quest with the time machine and offend Tiberius.

We have a german The Fall almanach, if you can speak german, you shall check it out. :P

yes, I have german almanach and will use that maps for marking crates equipment

EDIT: how can add the parameter in .exe file please? :?

 
Make a new link to the exe file and write in target

"d:\The Fall\thefall.exe" -o

as example.

Whoops I made a thread about this the other day..didn't see this....will get into it after I finsih Fallout 2 restoration game.

Whats the derfflinger patch? Will it mess the english translation of I use it?
 
Anyone know of any mods in the making for the game...such a shame it isn't more well known as it has great rpomise...especially for a fallout mod.
 
I'd been wanting to play this game for years, and now I see the latest version of it is The Fall - Reloaded that contains all the major patches. Does anyone know if there is an English site that I can purchase the game from? So far I can only find it on the German version of Amazon.
 
The Fall - Mutant City, the sequel of Last Days of Gaia, currently cost 1,25€ on gamersgate website, and for two days.

However it is not an RPG any more, and currently exist only in german.

I am not aware of any english patch, official or unoficial.
 
Is the last days of gaia itself available anywhere at all, actually? I've tried some torrents over the years but none of them worked, and there's supposedly a translation mod that translates the thing into english floating about, but it's all elusive as hell.
 
Dunno what is the forum policy about torrent, but it seems a better solution than boxed version, as most patches are based upon the german version and not compatible with others. Amongs these patches, there is the removal of their DRM, which made the game unplayable, even if your key was 100% legal (also took you computer ressources, prevented other programm to work, and couldn't be removed). But those had to be applied BEFORE first launch of the game. (ever) On the other hand, can't ask not to buy it. Better provide money to an independant european studio than a big machine like Bethesda.
