The Fall - Last Days of Gaia -- SPOILER -- Help Needed

Ive searched through the threads, and found a number about Last Days of Gaia, but nothing much regarding story line hints.

In casa verde, I have obtained the bug and have got the quest to active wait for the couriers and bug their car... however I can stand outside the prostitutes camper and not get any Rat Skullys to show.

Does anyone recall, the time of day they appear? And if there is a trigger that I may have missed besides obtaining the bug?

They appear at the early morning, very early. I think 6:00 AM. So, rest 'til 5:00 AM and wait for them near the prostitute's camp.

And don't rest while they are at it with the whore! That didn't allow me to get the password, so wait until they are done and get the password!

Sorry for the bump but what was the general impression of this game? Did anyone complete it? I remember playing it with the English language mod but quit the game already in the first town.
