Gamerswithjobs have previewed The Fall and they also talk about Puuk and Huggies:
Looking further into the future, Carsten said that Silver Style will stay focused on the RPG genre. Regarding Damien Foletto's part in their projects it was noted that he's currently busy designing quests and the indian factions in The Fall. The former Black Isle employee will actually move to Berlin and is going to be involved in whatever title the company is going to produce after The Fall and its expansion.
So moving to Europe eh?

Thanks to Slaugther for informing me about this..

Reading the article now. Looks interesting. I'm glad Puuk has found a job he considers worth moving country for. I wonder if he'll find europe a lot different from america?

Nah, as long as he's got a belly for beer he'll fit right in :). I'd have a hard time getting over the German dubbing though. That thing should be illegal! ;)

Not 100% positive, but I am pretty sure Puuk isn't leaving the country. Him and husges are working form home.

The second point is correct, the first is... let's say unclear. Damien and me talked about his relocation this year. That said, he receives a lot of job offers from interesting companies in the US. A game designer like him is always a win for every company. If he can find a good job next to his home we would let him go without making any problems. Same counts for Jeff.

Who made Kumquat3 a 'moron'?

I mean, shouldn't that tag be reserved for real morons?

I see the workings of one Roshambo in that question.

So are you and Huggies getting an office together Puuk??!

Like I already said in the official TF forum: Damien won't move to Berlin. The guy who wrote the article just misunderstood something. That doesn't mean that we wouldn't be more than happy to have Damien here in our office. But since he's a absolute great designer and gets a lot of job offers, we have to keep realistic.

So, what you're saying is that he's working for you unless he gets a job near him but at the same time he gets a lot of great job offers. Neat.

MARS NEEDS DAMIANS.

That's correct.

Come on saint. You got better than that. How can you feel big and tough with just that sad comment and a sub-par edit job on my post.

Let me guess, I'm not worth it? You got better things to do? Your not going to waste your time on me? I'm to dumb to talk to? ooooooo, I know, you don't deal with brown nosers! Hey, you should do something witty like quote this line by line followed by the word "yes". It would be sooooo funny, everyone would love you.

Come on Saint. Give us something. We're all wait.

Hah! This is comical.

Does that mean he's on limited work? I mean hell, if the guy's getting tonnes of job offers and doesn't even live in the same country as the rest of the team, how much work can he do? You can't rely on him lest he take a new job and leave you and the fact he's not in the same country means things like "leading a team" (which at this point I'll arrogantly assume one would have to do should one become a lead designer) are out of the question.

In short: I'm thinking Damian is working on some pretty low-brow shit. Not that there's anything wrong with that mind you, but it's hardly the stuff worthy of a "great developer".

Well if no one stands up against the beast, then the said beast will roam in all impunity. Let`s not forget it`s the same beast that passed the days at #fallout insulting Odin in his back, and at the same time inviting him to work at the Codex. In all impunity. The same beast that invented the myth that i was a Van Buren team fanboy that said everything they wanted me to say, then invited me to work for him. In all impunity.

The same beast that would pass on to me parts of logs with Spazmo, Exitium and Atoga putting me down, and doing even worse when he thought i wasn`t around on #fallout or #rpgcodex. In all impunity.

I won`t let him make NMA a no-dev zone. In the end he would do just what he has done at DAC, bashing Steve in every opportunity, but the moment DAC closed he immediately offered to host the Project Phoenix forum.

So sorry, but the beast deserves it.

I agree with Brios. You mods need to decide where NMA is headed. One road, the Codex and DAC road, is one where no dev will post for long because of the endless insults, the atmosphere of complete and utter cynicism mixed with huge egos that are stoked by putting everyone else down - the other road is a more reasonable forum atmosphere, where people don't expect to be flamed for every other post they make, where people act with respect and open minds and where devs will post. I would point out one mod on NMA that fits the first option, but thankfully its only one (though I'd prefer it if it were none).
