Its where you find Tor if you agree to help the Duntons and he dissapears. Ive only managed to get that mission once though, usually the just tell you to get lost when you offer to help them. Anyone know what the prerequisits are for this?

I'm not sure anymore... I remember trying a bunch of times before I got it to work (without even reloading or anything).

One of the things though is you need to make sure Sulik isn't with you.

I don't recall getting a yellow keycard. Its just there to set the atmosphere, I uhhh... guess.

The yellow card is only in the patched version, on the body of the Enclave solider. I'm not 100% sure, but I think it is used for something.
