I had my legs ran over by this model truck once:

It hurt so bad I did not feel the pain at first then it shot through my body like a lightning bolt. That was in high school. One of the people in the car is my current wife. Strange world we live in. While I had my face in her lap screaming in pain driving to the hospital all I could think was how good she smelled and how stupid I was for hopping out of the truck at the stop light to act like a jackass and getting pulled under the tire. :)

Oh also my mom was driving.

    Huh. This one is tough.

Either being hit by a pickup truck at 35mph or that time my intestines ruptured and stomach acid began to literally slowly burn me alive from the inside out would be my answer. Probably the latter.

Two things I would not want to go through:

    > Kidney stone - One of the worst things I hear a male can experience
    > Aneurism - Was how my fiance passed away, had a brain tumor and one of the blood vessels eventually burst. Not a pretty sight.

I mean, that first incident led to a life of literally being enslaved to a medication, so trust me, it's not a game I wanted to win lol. Especially considering what the prizes are...

Show him what he won, Sherry!

I wish I was run over twice instead of just once so I could flex harder. Next time I will tell mom to back up.

Your mom was the one that ran you over? Damn.

Total child abuse. She should have had the child locks on for my small brained ass even though I was no longer a child.

My mom and her grandma were friends. We went to the mall. I got this game that day:

I WAS JUST A YOUNG BUCK! That game is...totally forgotten and worth playing if you like Resident Evil and action movies.

Bursting of appendix when I was six.
I was drifting between consciousness and unconsciousness from pain for couple of hours until the operation.
I felt sharper pain in my life, but nothing that knocked me out of pure pain.

Damn, that's a pretty young age for a heavy injury like that. What happened?

Oh, nothing - I had inflammation that was misdiagnosed as food poisoning and bunch other stuff, so it complicated till bursting over couple of months.
Survived the complicated cleansing operation, have stitches over half the lower belly as memento.

Hah, it's crazy just how much a misdiagnose can screw you over. Something similar actually happened to me when my intestines ruptured. I had a really bad perforation that got misdiagnosed, and I was told that while it might be a problem "in the far future when I hit my 50's", it's perfectly stable and isn't that bad.

Three weeks later I'm sitting at home when suddenly, out of nowhere, it feels like somebody lit a fire in my stomach. It was like I swallowed a flaming knife or something. Ended up having to go to the hospital and got emergency treatment, because as it turns out my stomach acid was literally spilling into my body and burning up my other organs. To this day I have a bunch of internal scarring because of it, and my liver no longer works so well because the acid ate away at it quite a bit.

I half wonder whether the people who are born with the strange ailment to where they can't feel anything - including pain or pleasure, are secretly blessed.

I fell out of a golfcart when I was in my teens and my legs got ran over. Didnt feel like anything really.

I rode a skateboard down a hill and got pretty messed up. Lots of bloody scraps and even smacked my head on the pavement. I cried like a baby mostly from the head smack, haha.

I'm a totally lucky bastard. I got jabbed with a broken bottle. The scar is about an inch and a half long. Right on the bit of skull that protrudes between the eye and temple. Not severe pain but a fraction from losing an eye or copping for it right in the shirley temple.

Probably that one time I got stabbed.
Still emotional damage would probably still top my pain'o'meter.
