the bishops met in vault city and made a baby. then they got kicked out for doing jet. when you find this out, their daughter is alreaghty 15-25, but myron, the creator of jet, is only a teenager. this would mean he made jet when he was -5 to 5. did i miss somthing or was myron born smart because of FEV or radiation

This is addressed in the Fallout Bible. An obvious timeline fault on the part of the designers - unless Leslie wasn't addicted to *the* Jet, but some other drug..... even though she mentions Jet explicitly.
