Tuvan throat singing punk. Very cool. Never heard a punk throat singing band until now. Before I just enjoyed the classical throat singing. My buddy turned me onto it. He met a famous american who made a documentary on Tuva and the practice of throat singing. He's learning it now and hes starting to sing in the styles very well. Its amazing stuff.

Edit: His style of throat singing (theres many styles) is Hoomii. Which is a very low rumbling sound resembling an earthquake. Its amazing how the tuvan, mongolian and other cultures have harnessed the harmonics of the throat. Its truly beautiful ihmo.
