The Obligatory "What are you listening to" Thread

My ears, still ringing.
I was standing directly in front of the main amplifier tree at the Farin Urlaub concert in Cologne last night.

Compared to my last concert it was quite gentle... or I'm just getting deaf :cry:

And if this stupid ringing-sound won't stop within two minutes I'll bite my ears off. Seriously.
 
you know that that ringing-sound can become permanent? I'ts called tinitus and people have even taken their lives because of it :twisted:

But if it does so, I will take the label to court and have a nice monthly retirement for the rest of my life. :twisted:

A brilliant song by a Belgian band, I thought they where English (because of their accents) until I read up on them.

Yeah I've got it, pretty good all in all. Apocalypse Dudes and Scandinavian Leather are my favourites though.

Hammerfall - At The End Of The Rainbow

This has to be the gayest band ever.. And still I can't skip the song, it has something to it.
 
Alkaline Trio- Mercy Me

The song is off of "Crimson," which is set to come out in about a month or so. I don't know how it found it's way onto the net, but IMO, it's some of their best stuff yet. God help me, I'm actually considering buying a legit copy of it once it drops.

It's bad enough that you're downloading Alkaline Trio songs, now you're talking about buying something they've released?!

I know, I know... Upon my first introduction to 'em, I though that they sounded like fodder for a tweenage Hot Topic 'goth', but this new CD really 1-ups their established body of work. A couple of the tracks are actually pretty catchy.
