So I've found this article, where they speculate the idea, and location of Fallout:NV's second DLC.

And then I came across Stanislao Moulinsky's post from last month discussing Camp Wolfhorn Ranch's name in the italian verson being Camp of Ulysses. Thread


It seems this is being speculated by many, Article
 
Yeah, i've been investigating Ulysses quite a bit, I think Ulysses and the Courier are going to a be long running mysterious rivalry, finally meeting in the divide for one final battle.
 
Tha would be interesting to say the least, but wether it's right could be another matter all together.
