Is any one going to fan expo this year?

Tickets are 25 dollers...I'm pretty much going for two things;

Billy DEE williams and Bruce campbell.
(The idea of talking to one of them completely fucktarded on Magic Brownies amuses me)

This is the first time I've ever been to such a convention, any suggestions? Oh yeah, I plan on completely skipping the "anime" part of the convention.

Pretty much the comics,gaming, sci fi and horror convention all seem neato, although I hear Tim Savini(infamous horror special effects and make up dude)is a dick. Oh well.

I really hope there's some Savage worlds and other indie rpg developer swag I can get a hold of. As a pretty "normal" person, what should I expect at these sort of things?
 
Yes, I wouldn't mind hearing other peoples experiences with these things (assuming these people exist on NMA). Perhaps I'll grab the train into Toronto for it.
 
Why did you specify "Canadian" in the topic title?

Are Americans not allowed to go to this convention or something?

haha of course not, I assume that many americans will probably go, it's just that the chances of a Canadian going in the past were quite high, I'd assume.
 
Someday when I have a lot more money and some more free time I'll go to one of those expos. I've known many who go to them and they all rave about them.

Toronto? Most certainly not. I landed there for a stopover on my way to Cuba three years ago; I still havent gotten all the Ontario off me.
