Transfer existing FO2 installation?

Possible? Anyone done it and how?

I've recently reinstalled FO2 with RP2.0b, and now managed to royally fuck up my OS during partition resize. Will have to reinstall windoze (XP) soon to keep my sanity, but my FO2 CD has somehow ended up with some scratches in meantime :( Any idea what to edit in registry, etc?
 
Since a manual install is possible, you should be able to just copy the files.
