Troubles using the High Res patch

Here's the problem.

I installed Mash's Hight Resolution patch, like it was sayd in installation section.

Everything works perfectly, but when openning a game map (Ex: Klamathdowntown, i got: Error TMSMAP to opening...)

Plus, impossible to save any map! Error TMSMAP to xrite!

What is the problem? is there a solution?

I assume you mean the hi-res patch for the Mapper.
I doesn't sound like something the hi-res patch would cause. Do you get the error without the hi-res patch installed?
