Typology Survey

It says I'm a liberal which isn't surprising but makes me even more frustrated with our retarded form of democracy, in that it reminds me once again that you have to vote for a party instead of your actual views. There are plenty of things in the democrat and liberal party line that I strongly disagree with, but because certain issues are more important to me than others I'd have to vote for the candidate which supports them which means supporting all of that candidate's views. Honestly I'd be embarrased to describe myself as a liberal to people if it weren't for the fact that I find the conservative and republican views to be even more embarrassing.

Catholicism and liberalism are mutually exclusive? How so?
Actually, I did not mean to imply that. I meant that as Catholiscism declines Liberals tend to take their place as they are no longer restricted by Catholic social morality on abortion and the like.

Pegged me as an "enterpriser" which seemed... odd, especially considering how I answered some of the questions is in fact entirely contrary to the description given. I think my resent for state control of anything, be it business or personal, got in the way. It also said I support the Patriot act. Hah! (I hate the patriot act) The questions need to be clearer. When I answered about liberal use of the military, I naturally asumed they meant *overseas*. Stupid web tests.

I do "Strongly Agree" with Roshambo's statements on immigration, however. We are being swamped. It's a "Three Strikes" situation. Why leave your home country expediently? Best reason I can think of is that you commited some criminal act there and want to make tracks. Why enter another nation illegaly? Can't be bothered to submit to propper procedure you know you won't pass anyway? That's two! When yer caught, well, that makes three! Sorry, you lose! I say deport the illegals with a freakin' catapult.

There's another thing with Bush for ya... why did he want to have more immigration??? I'd have closed the damn border to the south long ago.

Same thing for me. I laughed out loud when I read the description, it was so blatantly 'rich white property-owning male'.

Also, I noticed there was no option for 'libertarianism', which would have most accurately reflected my views.
