I'm all for the institution of those cards in california.. As i have no interest in moving there whatsoever.
As far as making them manditory for all US states... forget that shit.. i already carry 2 forms of photo ID as it is.. and 2 non-photo Id's.. last thing i need is another piece of plastic to stick in my wallet and have to worry about replaceing as soon as i break it.
