Ultimate Perk Pack: Pistola

I've downloaded the Ultimate Perk Pack and am looking at the online list of the perks it includes. I have a question about the Pistola perk. It says it requires 10 Agility and Small Guns skill of 100. Does the perk only affect guns in the Small Guns category or does it also affect pistols in Energy Weapons?

It depends. Since I don't have any FO3 modding tools in my computer I can't tell you.

Your best options are asking in the mod page comments or testing in game:

-Make a save file before you level up and pick the perk (or if you find out the perk ID you can just add/remove it using the console), get a small guns one handed weapon and a energy weapons one handed weapon, get the damage value they are dealing, pick the perk, compare the damage value of both weapons and see if the small guns and energy weapons damage both increased or only the small guns one increased.
