I actually had a friend of mine, 25 year old guy, who got picked up by a younger 17 year old girl, and wasn't sure about this. I looked it up an I think it was like 15. However, it is possible to get in trouble for other offencses- corrupting a minor, sexual misconduct. Virginia is freaky, one of the easiest states to marry in- don't even need a blood test.
