V13 Question and MMod

So, with all the extra content, is it possibe to reach V13 without skipping ahead? Like go straight to V15, or NCR and do those quest foist?

Right now I am bout done with VC, except for the rat infested farm. I was going to go to Broken Hills next, but got the 3rd dream from the peace pipe lover in Arroyo.

So, I either go to V15, NCR and skip a couple of towns, or are BH, NReno, etc doable prior to the 4th dream?

Heck, I havent even done the "quest south" hehe.

The question stands, but for now I did not want to chance it. I went to 15, did enough for loc and then went to 13. Dang bastidges in the wind beasts got my peeps .

Now, I've read that I should not go back to V13 after Arroyo is wiped out. Atleast in the vanilla version of the game. 'Cause if you do so, you doom V13? Still true in MMod? I have not killed the doc in Navarro, and I am sure 2 weeks have passed since. Does it matter?
