Sadly, neither Fort Abandon nor Circle Juction were designed at the time of cancellation.

But here's more info on Grand Canyon:

Key Features:
- North Lodge/South Campsite/Tram: Basically, a non-functioning tram bridges the gap between these two locations at the top of the Canyon. Getting the tram working enables a shortcut for trade routes. At the South Campsite was the Camper, the trailer attachment which could serve as a portable science lab.
- Canyon Floor: Ruins inhabited by mutant creatures. The Grand Canyon was stripped of its protected status by the US government and opened up for uranium mining. The mining companies weren't environmentally friendly and the floor is littered with broken machinery and industrial waste.
- Crashed B.O.M.B. satellite. One of the B.O.M.B. satellites eventually fell out of orbit and crashed near the canyon. Getting to its computer core is the PC's primary objective for this area. However, the crash site is inaccessible due to the ocean of toxic waste and sheer canyon walls. You needed the computer core to learn the coordinates of B.O.M.B.-001 so you could guide the rocket.
- Uranium Mine: Also critical path - the PC must travel through this area, reactive some of the mining equipment, and tunnel through to get to the B.O.M.B. site.

I found something in the Denver design doc, that is not explained there clear. What InstaPens exactly are? Can somebody get a word from the devs about this, please?

The National Guard was called in to contain the rioting, using InstaPens (aka "bullpens") to contain and imprison rioters.

I think they were just portable, quick to install prison cells.

I dont know, coz theyre used mostly as fence. It's a typical denver desig thing "instapens/chain link fence". I didnt even knew about the prison cell thing until now. More questions, than answers. DDD

Edit: okay, I searched bullpen in wikipedia, and no a lot of things are clearer... I'm only thinking, that InstaPens might have featured some kind of electronics, but that doesnt seems necessary.
