vault dweller and dog meat

Honestly I wouldn't worry about it. Gun nuts are gun nuts, listening to them is like listening to a biologist who whines about the impossibility of a monster you just drew or a structural engineer who notices the building you designed is at a 2 degree slant which would severely weaken its integrity.
oi...

'impossibility' aint an issue... i like shrinking rays, persuadatrons, BFGs and pocket sized gauss guns just friggin' fine, BN.

but i like my guns to be believable at least. especially if you're partially ripping off an existing design. ;)

The one thing that bothers me mostly on the AK is carrying handle thing, the sights, and the lack of ejection port. It's like you draw this BEAUTIFUL car, but you forget to add the windows.

lol Ok I get it you guys. I'll be sure to never add a handle again, I'll be more accurate with the weapons next time

Wow, guys, criticism is one thing but chastizing someone for not knowing as much about the exact degrees and proportions of parts of guns is kinda of... soul destroying? Maybe you could focus on how good and detailed the drawings are rather than using the majority of your posts to destroy his confidence?

I like your pictures dude, and I also liked the unlikely hero look of the Vault Dweller, it's a change from all of the lantern jawed beefed out Vault Dwellers you see every day, to be honest the scrawny guy is how I personally see the Vault Dweller.

really nice. Its fun to see "original" stuff. It's rare on the internets and you have a certain style, nurture it.

rather than using the majority of your posts to destroy his confidence?
Come on, the guy is posting pictures on an internet forum. We are all trying to keep a certain level around us here. Just look how the porn industry managed to adapt to demand. VHS wasn't that long ago. Now there's full length movies ready to be streamed on most major sites for free. Let him learn from his "mistakes". Let him listen to the crowd.

make no mistake, we treasure our artists, BeigeFury. but NMA also has a culture in which we speak our mind and are often brutally honnest in what we say.

it's not the objective to hurt or destroy anyones confidence, but to allow them to grow from the experience and criticism.

we see the potential and try to mold it to our evil will. ;)

Hey Skinny - i say: don't sweat it. Your art is cool, it has style and character and THAT's what's most important.

People are over-obsessed with realism these days (which, IMO is why most contemporary games are crap) and personally, i couldnt give a **** whether you put the ejection port a little too much to the left, or the handle is slightly off.

Good work - keep it up

The only person doing that is SuAside, i'm more so complaining at the major problems.

there was only so much i could squeeze into this little piece of paper.

Love the feeling of action in it.

The way the mutant is holding the gun is all wrong though - looks like he shoud be holding a cup of tea or proclaiming a poem ;)

it's supposed to be falling out of his hand or something.

Ah.

That makes more sense.

However - I think the smoketrail of the previously fired bullet made me assume he was still shooting at the vault dweller. My bad perhaps?

Diagonal Stripes strike again!

Also, the main char looks a tad 'flyswatted'.

Draw Moar!
