It says Fallout 3 right in the auction title hurr.

This totally isn't ultra rare either, I'd understand some glossy tchoke for Fallout 1 or 2, but a promotional item for a game that was released right at the end of last year?
 
Figures. Like any true Fallout fan would give up a promo product for the release of the first in the series.
