Voices in Fallout

hello... hope tis the right forum to post it in.
But is it in anyway possible to extract the in-game speeches into some form of waveformat eg. mp3 or wav?

Searching works.

Basically, download one utility to locate and unpack the files in master.dat and then another to convert them to wavs.
