Wasteland merc 3 demo

There's a reason for that. Generally, about 90% of the Fallout fanbase doesn't take Wasteland Merc very seriously. DaC covers it, we don't, and this year at least (up until now) nobody has even deemed it worth mentioning.

It. Sucks.

Strange thing, I saw news titled "Wasteland Merc 3 Demo" on many sites/communities, but never @NMA. Did Haris post that news here at all?

hmm... yes - cant say i care for it much, i prefer the survivor mod myself but it might interest some people - each to their own and all.

Typical problem in every creation is balance betwen speed and quality. When imagine every ambitious never finished projects sometime am able to say that Harris chose good way. But when i try play his JUNK mods i olways get into frustration. It may be interesting only for moders (he made few inventions)

EDIT

I just played WM3-Demo and here is my comment:
(its shame but i just wonder it as moder)

First.. its NOT a demo!! because its totally unplayable. When you run it better quickly press start game (mainmenu screen look like toilet papper with perk pictures drawn on it so you may pluke on keyboard if dont have agility and skip it fast. After that is little surprise in Haris productions. You see animation similar to Frank who kill family (random encounter on desert) Its look really great (when you are moder and wonder how program such thing) And after it game begin. Its only empty unfinished area, worthless piece of something that you can walk on. So its something which you can play 30 seconds it cant be called demo and surely cant be posted as super news. Worst stupid thing on that: file weight some about 4MB from 3MB take music file (it probably work as balast or someone forgott delete it before zip file) Playing such mod is like open trashcan and find inside toilet paper mix with broken toys and dirt, surely you will lost a day so better dont do it.

in defence of Haris:

"This demo has no gameplay. Its early alpha. It shows intro movie of Wasteland merc 3 and unpolished first map in the mod" - Harris

This was just released to show off the movie.
