I recommend people pick this up. I found it an "okay but not spectacular game" but played it until the very end and beat it. It gets better from where it was even if it never becomes great. It is, however, consistently fun and I enjoyed the final levels a great deal.
I will say it's kind of sad that the game assumed Truss (The Trump stand-in) was never a serious candidate and only a mild danger.
I actually would like a Watch Dogs 3 now.
