I don't know if you are aware of this, but; about 2 weeks ago I put in a request at sfall development github about a change to the TOHIT hookscript to make it more usable.
Mr. Stalin and NovaRain rather quickly addressed it and it will be included in the next version of sfall when it gets published. A hotfix has also been release by RovaRain to give early access to this change. The implication of this change is that .... ehem....
....you no longer need to rewrite the whole hit chance formula in order to change hit chances. You can now easily add or subtract hit chance with a short script. you can read the related article here.
This... IMO... is kiiiind of a BIIIIG DEAL. And it should be celebrated with a big thanks and acknowledgement to both of them.
So your wish has come true. You can now easily modify weapon accuracy.
Although I'd say if you are not in a rush and can wait, I am implementing this in the mod Im working and once done adding accuracy to weapons would be as easy as modifying an ini file.
But anyway, you can now do what you wanted.
