Weapons!!

I was just looking at the BOS Tactics pics and I was thinking: this is so bloody stupid they are calling MP5's Usi's M60's ChainGuns and the Desert Eagle doesn't have the slope on the lower front. I mean i would just like to have guns with there proper names. Thats not to much to ask is it?

The real names would be cool but they might be copy righted(probably wrong. Keep in mind that over time people might have fogoten the names or modified the guns so you would have to change the name.

Or how about the fact that you will probably be able to survive a hit from a Desert Eagle at ALL?! Those things can penetrate body armor as good as any assault rifle. They could probably blow someone's head off or at least leave a crater.

They're probably named that way because the guns are just not as varied as in Fallout. In Fallout there was a difference between an M60 and a Bozar, in FOT:BOS there's probably only one minigun to use, etc.

But isn't that a step ahead, if you don't want miniguns?
 
Actually, it's "Uzi".

A lot of those screenshots are using "placeholder" pictures also. Just because the gun is associated with a picture in the alpha screens doesn't mean it'll be that way in the final.
