Weather effects

I'd really like that - but I know very little about modding weather effects & weather systems in TES. I can write the scripting to handle it, keep track of it, and what not - I just don't know much about how the effects themselves are handled. If someone can help out with this part, I think we can get a working weather patch up.
 
I'm no modder, unfortunately.
If we could get in touch with some of the guys that made the weather mods for oblivion I bet they could help out.
 
There seems to be a very rudimentary weather system included in FO3 Vanilla. If you stare at the sky for a while sometimes you'll notice extra cloud cover w/ different lighting effects.

While this isn't rain or snow or what have you, it still means that implementing such effects should be relatively simple (aka, attaching the effects the different weather patterns in the editor).

Just keep waiting for the CS and it should be easy.
