what am i doing wroung

I was woundering what i'm doing wroung i'm about to start mission 3 i'm in the bunker and i can't barter with any one when i hit the bater butten i get my inven and thier inven but no trade windows or any thing.
Am i doing some thing wroung or is it just a bug.

nothing... there are 2 more small inventory spaces, in which you must drag items you want to purchase/sell

then hit the barter button

I know thats whats missing the othier 2 inventory spaces do not come up for me to drag too.
