What are you bringing to the Big Empty?

I wonder how the Think Tank is going to react to the guy who shows up on their doorstep looking like the sheriff from Cool Hand Luke in his underwear. They must be getting pretty desperate for canon fodder in there...
 
I could be persuaded to bring my cowboy hat (brown Ranger) with 1 convincing argument with 3 points. Pics will be supplied.
 
I have stimpacks hotkeyed, so I realized something. The stealth suit heals less when it uses a stimpack on you.
 
You might want to be careful with the stealth suit if that's all the stimpaks you're bringing, I think it might be bugged. I had 90 stimpaks with me and after about twenty minutes with the stealth suit on I had 30. There's no way I could have take that much damage.

Then again, maybe that's a "feature" rather than a "bug".

Only 19 stimpacks? I used about 20 in the last part of the DLC alone.
Not saying you can't do it, but you might want to stock up a little bit more.

Yeah you'll want to bring more than that, stimpaks aren't as common as they were in Honest Hearts. If you're already there and that's all you have then I hope your survival skill is high or it'll be pretty hard finishing the DLC.

Well you could avoid a lot of lobotomites that way, but you'll still have problems with all the nighstalkers and cyber-dogs whenever you're indoors. You could always take the "Them's good eatin" perk which will solve your healing needs.

Seriously, I brought about 50 stimpaks and they are vanishing rapidly. The only thing that keeps me going is the Solar Powered Perk :D
But my Ranger Armor is busted and I never hoard money, so I think I'll need to find a few combat armors to do some jury rigging.
 
I never thought it would happen, but purchasing all the auto doc implants cleaned out my supply of Sierra Madre pre war money! :lol:

Anyway, I checked the vault, and I was shocked. I didn't know there was so much loot!
