We all know that Superman landed in his little space ship as a baby in the US midwest sometime during the period between World War 1 and World War 2. We also know that he was educated and raised on a farm and then went off to become a journalist.

But WHAT IF..... Superman had landed not in the US but.....

In Bavaria?

Or Sicily?

Or the Ukraine?
 
He should've landed in Sweden, then he'd be the Super-Viking. That would be really neat; he would get to wear a horned helmet, have a strudry beard and use the skin of a bear as a cape.
 
There are some titles which answer these kinds of questions. There is (i think it still exists, don't know) a comics line called Elseworlds, which create alternative origins to heroes and such. Some of these include Supes landing on the jungle and being raised by animals (ending up like a Tarzan of sorts), landing on England and having an aristocratic upbringing, etc..

Superman would still have ended up being mostly like he was now. While John and Martha Kent raised him to be a nice, polite boy and whatnot, it was Jor'El who basically imprinted his son with his "mission."

Exactly- the world would be a different place.

Malk think about it-

Would superman have led the vanguard of a communist revolution?

Would superman have been a Nazi stormtrooper- an uberman?

Would he have taken over the mafia or have replaced the Italians- and maybe the Italians might have done well in the war?

Or would the allies have been able to marshal their forces to finally destroy superman?

i'm getting sick and tired of people who don't know how mjolnir looks like,it's not a regular hammer it looks completley diffrent than taht in the picture.it has a short handle and tottaly diffrent head.

does anybody know who Perun is?i think nobody knows slavic mythology.......
