What is the maximum size for FRM?

Sonny, I Watched the Vault Bein' Built!
Is there a limit for the size of a critters FRM. The ones I have just completed with FRM workshop are quite big:

453kB, 534kB, and 966kB each. Advanced FRM viewer says that it runs out of memory when I try to run them. I will try them on another PC in case its just a weird software issue on my computer.

That's a mod for FO2 right... Hmmm, that's some heavy shit man... I wouldn't even dare to make one for FO2... I don't know if I can ever handle the game engine after modding FOT so long :D

Once we've finished the mod, I'll release all the new graphics and documents for the process. Shouldn't be a major problem converting the graphics into Tatics (not sure how it would handle the higher resolution though). Anyway I still havent finished the first character yet. got to work out a few more sequences. dying etc.. that sort of thing.

Sounds good... I'm looking forward any new features for my FOT modification, anything is welcome... We're +/- 25% complete but I got room for a bunch of new idea's... It's always good to put something fresh and new on the table...

OK how come FRM viewer will play some animated FRMs but not others? I get and error "access violationa at address 042b46f in module 'FRM_View.exe'. Read of address FFFFFFFF."

Yet most of the FRMs I have made for my critters dont do this, but certian ones will, regardless of if I try to recompile it, I even went and changed all of the images so they were the same size still no joy. Is this just an issue with FRM viewer? Yet it will open up some of my FRMs

Help!!!

Ok this may be part of my problem, this is what Anchorite has sent me after checking over my FRMs (the guy who made Adavanced FRM Viewer)

"File that you sent to me contain error - field "Size of frames area" (offset - 0x003A, size - DWORD) set to 0. Field must be set to REAL size of frames area."

He seems to think that there might be a problem with the editor I used to make the FRM (FRM Workshop). Anyway I have seen some FRMs created using FRM workshop and they run in Advanced FRM viewer.

BIG HINT!!! - Always reload the Palette

Got it sussed, even though I had loaded the correct palette for each BMP, and FRM Workshop loads a default palette, something went wrong in the process.

After I exported the palette from an existing FRM and loaded it into mine they came alive.

HINT: When using FRM workshop always re-load a custom palette back into the new FRM. Do not rely on the default one to load correctly.
