What is the meaning of life?

It Wandered In From the Wastes
ive been thinking about this lately, under the star-spangled sky. And then i thought that we get free reins to do whatever we want, someone is testing us, testing what we will do with this freeness. We wage war, and war never changes, it's always to gain something, never to really help. That is but a few who do. And if we are put here to find out what we wil do with this freeness, who might have put us here, or is it just evolution, and the laws of matter and anti-matter? Are we just here to practise our freedom and then disappear? Religion might just be something to ease our fear of death, or make us cooperate and make something good.... What do u ppl think of these things?
And im not really religious or atheist, im somewhere in between...

We are a virus, programmed to infect earth and other worlds. Our only role is to pollute and destroy the planet and later to move onto other worlds and do the same there.

The sole meaning of life is to die one day, but not too soon. The whole world is a game of Survivor. It's also like the Jerry Springer show, only more so. Oh, and Girls Gone Wild, if you're rich and lucky.

There is no meaning to it. Once you question and discard the 'mystic' qualities attributed to a life, the rest falls off like an old dirt.

live this life to the fullest you can be, then it will give its meaning. besides, we live not to search for meaning; the meaning of our life will be the ones that others think of us.

I think "42" was picked as the meaning of life in a IM Weasel episode, but I'm not sure, might've been 21.

Oh, meaning of life, in my humbled eyes; life has no meaning except that which you give it.

The meaning of life for me is to live it s long and as happy i can make it.

Oppinions differ though a friend of mine said half a year ago that the meaning of life was to screw girls and drink. Ans as late as today he said he would kill himself if he was not allowed to get drunk any more.

Been a long time since i have been on this board, a year or so.
Hey Miroslaw you back from the army?

I actually think I might know you from back then, though the last time I came around here was 2 years ago. I definitely know APTYP from back then, or maybe later on in/around TO.

Agh, all this confusion, it's more than me ol' mind can teek!

I spent around one or two years on this board before i left, i remember you too. I left when the moderators started banning each other, was to much caos and to little fun.

42 was that not the solution in a hitchhaikers guide to the galaksy or something?

At the end no one was banned, but Shadowman later went to the UV permanently, i maintained contact with him and he came here a few times, now he´s taking a leave from the net but will be back.

Oh and welcome back 8)
