Where is fallout 1 maps.txt file and city.txt file

where is f1 maps.txt Map datafile for worldmap located and wheres city.txt file i extracted maps file from fallout 2 correctly fallout2/data/text/english\game/maps.txt fallout2/data/data/city.txt and was there i extracted master dat from fallout 1 and theres nothing pls help im currently modding fallout special edition im modding on f2 engine feels good maps from f1 opened scripts works too and dialogs too i want to exit grid and rheres fallout error i need maps.txt file from fallout 1 and it should be fine

Another question how can i convert worldmap from fallout 1 to fallout 2 in falout2 all worldmap files are splitted in fallout 1 doesnt

Use a tool to convert the .frm file to .bmp files and then manually split them up into Fo2 tiles.
