Which dev other than Obsidian or Inxile would you pick to make a future Fallout game?

I have officially left Obsidian Entertainment to accept a sudden opening as the Defence Against the Dark Arts Professor at Hogwarts.

Thus, obviously the first choice would be Hogwarts. Huh. Must be a smaller studio. Does anyone know if they've made anything decent?
