Why is Bethesda so focused on vault dwellers?

Yeah Bioware is losing some of it's flavour, though their old games are great and still worth playing.

It's certainly unique setting wise. I know the music and combat were very nice as well at least for a Bioware game.

Sadly it may lack the world details of Morrowind. I proudly vote it my top most well written world game of the decade.

It's a more focused game. Morrowind has more of a scattershot approach.
