Will F4 be developed by Bethesda?

There are no official statements about that, but it's likely that Bethesda wants to be in charge of the numbered Fallouts from now on.
Obsidian might get a chance to do another spin-off.

It's pretty much a given that Bethsoft is gonna do Fallout 4. Obsidian might get to do another spin off (hopefully).

I would prefer if Obsidian and Bethesda collaborated on F4, but I'm not holding my breath. (Honestly I wish Obsidian had complete control)
